wow! I just can't imagine myself using it... I started to study music when I was 7, now I'm 26 and for me is all intuitive and always know the chords I want and... I just need a piano! Anyway, I have studyed harmony as well but at the moment didn't use it for writting my music.

I know what you mean ... but since I stopped playing in a 'Bamd" situation ( a l-o-n-g time ago), I realized how much music is often the result of magic moments that just don't happen as much when it's just an individual and a bunch of plugins! And even if the music is coming I sometimes just get bored of ...well ...me.

Apps like these sometimes bring an odd surprise back into the equation ... not as fulfilling IMO to the group aesthetic, but hey. Try it, it really works!

I agree on some level... no gear will improve you music as much as piano, guitar or voice lessons.

Do we need an app for every thing? Whatever happened to the art of listening and figuring it out for ourselves?
