Imagine 70 Years

If John Lennon wasn’t in The Beatles and only made the song Imagine I would still celebrate him hugely. It’s one of the best songs ever written and it’s a fantastic FU to religion, war and greed. The song is so good it scared the hell out of a lot of people. Humans will hum the tune for eternity. Happy 70th JL!

“Imagine there’s no Heaven It’s easy if you try No hell below us Above us only sky Imagine all the people Living for today. Imagine there’s no countries It isn’t hard to do Nothing to kill or die for And no religion too Imagine all the people Living life in peace. You may say that I’m a dreamer But I’m not the only one I hope someday you’ll join us And the world will be as one. Imagine no possessions I wonder if you can No need for greed or hunger A brotherhood of man Imagine all the people Sharing all the world. You may say that I’m a dreamer But I’m not the only one I hope someday you’ll join us And the world will live as one.” – John Lennon

  1. In other words – communism in it’s purest form. Childish and stupid.

  2. Eh sorry this will not be required. Birthday for a man with a deathday. £25,000 piano (translates to a couple a million) man writes song on said piano. Imagine this, time has no fixed parameter ,quantify un-genius said the man, no explanation required, sorry said the man. Lennon unequals lenin unrealised the man, other man points and laughs. First man sits, quite confused. ‘Re-explain!’ ‘Sorry ,no!’Big up yersel
