Is that what’s it comes down to know? moving your finger across some touch sensitive screen. I’m familiar with all the M-inus shit. Magda, Hawtin, Paco Osuna, etc. Seen the cat live about atleast 5 times. Signed 303 and 606 by him, etc. Blah blah blah. But as time goes on the DJ/Producer gets more lazy. He’s running two Mac’s with Traktor and Ableton and now the Maschine and two gay ass ipads. You know what would impress me? If someone had the nuts to take an Emulator II and SP1200 on stage. Not for nostalgia or shock value, but because they’re not trendy mother fuckers with some turd Tenori-On or the next gay ass app or flashing Electribe toy. Rich Hawtin can kiss my 12-bit ass.
