Yeah they did this here in London, it was great because they didnt tell you where, they showed up in random places. Only sad part is they took them all away (or they might of been stollen, I dont know).
I wish the goverment had a scheme like this in place putting instruments all over the city, would be awesome! Might even cut down crime cheaper then millions they spend on cops and CCTV.
