“ReBirth is back…In your iPhone! Propellerhead Software’s legendary Techno Micro Composer has been reincarnated. This time around, ReBirth takes the form of a seriously block rocking iPhone music app. Released in 1997 and discontinued in 2005, Propellerhead ReBirth was the first music software to reproduce the sound and behavior of those three classic Roland devices that defined the sound of early Techno and Acid House: the TB-303 Bassline Synth and the TR-808 and TR-909 Rhythm Composers.” –

Wow, to me that’s actually a reason to buy an ipod touch =D

  2. Gmez says:

to change the drum sound we had to compile a Mod file because the Rebirth’s drums were sampled (not generated like in D16 stuff)

  3. Raytrace says:

that looks great – but what I’m really holding out for is Reason (or indeed Reason/Record) for iPad :D – I think it would be perfect as a lot of people kindof look at Reason as a seperate ‘rack’ nowadays anyway – having an iPad sitting there with Reason always on would be just amazing IMO

  4. Joe says:

    Yes! Thats so so good.

  5. Waveshell says:

Mmm, prefer TechnoBox, much better emulation of the 303 imo.
