The best was when I put up a wanted ad for a space echo, some guy sold me his RE-201 for $35. Of course, I then spent $80 at the shop to get it serviced and $20 for a new tape, but still a killer deal (in my opinion.) There are always great deals, you just have to be there at the right time.
