I agree, it’s a good find and I’m sure they sound the same and perform well. I just have a thing about CDR media. It just seems a bit less than professional or something. Maybe it’s not that big a deal. Anything to avoid a label, right?

I left a message on their forums about the CD-R media they use and a member replied that the back of the CD-Rs are light green. I’m not sure if this will matter or not… I mean surely it’s just the color of the CD. It probably performs (and sounds) exactly the same as silver backed commercial disc. Or am I wrong?

Great service but I found this in the FAQ’s:

“What CD media do you use (as finished goods)?

We currently produce single-source CD-R media”

Too bad. I’d have to see the finished proof before biting. Post some pics if you do this Oliver?
