Great interview. I'm not aware of this software but I'll check it out.
It's great to hear Band In A Box mentioned, as I hadn't heard about that program in a long time.
Band In A Box was the first music software I ever used, on my Dad's mac classic since I was 12, running midi out to a yamaha MU5 GM module. Then with PCs and early versions of Cubase, exporting midi files and recording guitar layers on top comprise some of my fave teen memories.
A modern counterpart to that which encourages new ideas and development sounds extremely interesting.
